Jamie sent me an email and told me she found me on Pinterest and that she loved my work. Imagine that! Pinterest of all places. It didn’t take long for us to get together on the south shore of Oahu for her family photo session. Her family was just a spark of sunshine at first greeting on this morning that couldn’t decide if it wanted to be sunny, cloudy or raining… so it gave us a little bit of everything.
What I really love about the families that I meet is their connectedness. It’s one thing that I strive in my family photography is a sense of connectedness. With a little help from me and the rest coming from them… it’s not hard to see how much love flows from this family.
These are my favorites right here.. mamma and her boys. I love this age where the kids will love up their mom and dad unabashedly… absolutely love it. It makes for beautiful, beautiful moments and no longer “getting our pictures taken” but a meaningful time set aside to show each other how much you mean to each other… and I am honored that I get to photograph it and give it to you!
Grandpa came for the ride and we were able to get some images with him in there too.
