Thanks for visiting my website! Recently, we went to check out Laguna Beach. We recently moved from Hawaii and now I’m making my way as a family photographer in Redlands in the Inland Empire. Going to the beach is always a treat for me and exploring Laguna Beach was a highlight of my weekend. Here are some highlights of my afternoon at Laguna Beach.

I left all my camera’s at home and only brought my iPhone and challenged myself to take pictures with it. I’m happy my kids oblige me because I always see interesting things. I love this little beach house along the alley way walking toward the beach.

My kids were excited to go see the beach too. I was amazed that I could walk on the beach with my tennis shoes on and not sink into the sand! I always found the beach to be a rejuvenating place for me. I love to take in that ocean air and breeze.

Affordable Family Photoshoots in Redlands, Inland Empire
Shooting the other direction with the ocean behind me is cool too… did you know that almost all California beaches require a photography permit for you to conduct a photoshoot? At Laguna Beach, the permit fee is $100 for 2 hours and I read somewhere that insurance needs to be submitted to the county naming the county as an “additional insured”. California polices this policy, so be forewarned!

I love these timbers with the palm trees in the background.. these days, I have to take pictures of my girls candidly and stealthily.. sometimes they run away from me! LOL.. do your kids do that too?
