Redlands| Senior Pictures Photo Shoot at the Beach
This gorgeous girl is graduating next year and requested a beach session for her senior portraits. We had made Hawaii our home for 9 years and so you really can’t take the beach away from our souls. Her big sister made her a haku lei (flower crown) and it gives the prettiest crowning touch.
Redlands Family Photoshoots
We went to this beach city about an hour from sunset time and the golden light could not have been better. Even got a picture with a seagull! With Covid, this school year has been different for everyone. It’s her senior year and she’s adjusted well, although she still feels like the new girl at school, not really having an opportunity to really settle. I can’t tell if she prefers to distance learn at home or actually be at school socializing.

As her mom, I just hope she will have the opportunity to have graduation festivities going into 2021. When we lived in Hawaii, she would come with me to all my sunset photo shoots and be my lighting assistant. We met a lot of families vacationing on our island as well as a lot of graduating senior who took advantage of the gorgeous scenery. Southern California has gorgeous beaches as well and really beautiful golden lighting at just the right time.
