Roseville Children’s Photographer | Pho’licious!

I’m taking a bit of a vacation from photosessions at the moment.  It’s very important for me to take some time off and be with my family and do things for me, especially when I have been doing marathon photosessions lately…. which, don’t get me wrong, I am So So grateful for, but I have plans next weekend, so a bit of scheduling was in order…   Anyway, when I was in college there was a great Vietnamese restaurant that we would go to.  We’d go and eat $4.00 Pho Noodle Soup.  It was a bargain for a college student and we’d go at least twice a month.  Last week,  I went to meet David for lunch and he took me to the nearby Pho Noodle House, what a treat!  It brought back lots of memories.  I love Pho Noodle soup with rice noodles ,  the Thai basil leaves, fresh bean sprouts, a squirt of lemon and a squirt of Sriracha Hot Sauce.  It’s so delicious and filling.   Today, I found a local Vietnamese Noodle House and we all went out for some Pho.  If you live in my neighborhood, please stop by this restaurant and order the Chicken Pho Noodle Soup..it’s a great start if you don’t know what to order.  The Grilled Steak with Steamed Rice is also a winner for the kids. Oh, yes and for appetizer the Fresh Spring Rolls with Shrimp and peanut sauce dip, yummers!  The pic above was  taken with my  iPhone at last Friday’s lunch…. Pho’licious, Pho Sure!  … I ate most of my Pho Noodle dinner tonight and so didn’t get a pic, sorry!

I ordered Strawberry Bubble Drinks for the kids.  If you don’t know what it is…you should try it.  It’s more like a dessert drink.  Strawberry flavored milk with Tapioca Pearls at the bottom.  It comes with a huge straw to slurp up the Tapioca tidbits and my kids have fun with it.
