I got a call from Cathy and we talked a little bit. She let me know that she has a set of 1 year old twins and a 3 year old who kinda have their own agenda’s during photo sessions. Cathy has had 3 photogs in the past year to take photo’s of her babies as they hit their milestones, but none with all 3 of her kids in one image, looking in the camera smiling. Was I up for the challenge? We discussed some ideas and all I could promise was to do my best. After all, kids are kids and yes, they do have their own agenda and as a mom, it can be frustrating to not have the perfect picture of your perfect children. As a mom, I totally relate to that. But as a photographer, I’ve learned that sometimes you have to let that perfect picture go and embrace what you do get. I’m so glad Cathy trusted me because we got a couple of great images with her kids in one picture smiling AND we also got mom and dad in there too.

Twin brother is the most laid back of the siblings.

This one was here… Hey! mom only wanted at least ONE photo with all her kids in it… Lucky for her, I got at least 2!!
