Oahu Beach Photographer
Not to long ago, I got to photograph this fun family when they were vacationing on Oahu for Spring Break. In a former lifetime, they were wedding photographers. I am always very honored and flattered that I am chosen to photograph their family. It tells me that they’ve done their research and that they trust me to photograph them the way they want to be photographed. That is a really awesome feeling. They absolutely hung back and let me guide them into easy, effortless, yet connected images. Here are some highlights of our morning photo shoot together.

On this particular morning, a monk seal decided to come up shore and bask in my normal location where I like to shoot. Lucky for us, the tide was low and we were able to make our way to another area of the lagoon… an area that is was secluded and gorgeous. It took some careful maneuvering to get there as the lava rock can get really slippery.
So worth the maneuvering!!
