Marc and Kelly are the cutest couple ever. They had been planning to come on holidays to Hawaii and wanted to commemorate their engagement with some beautiful photographs on the beach at sunset. I was honored to be able to give these treasures to them. We started out at my favorite beach and Marc and Kelly were game for anything.
It was just a gorgeous day today and everything was just perfect.
I love their reflection in the tide pool, the light was crazy perfect and so were Marc and Kelly. You are so beautiful Kelly!!

The sun was quickly going down… We carefully made our way to this water table where the tide was cascading in so beautifully and I knew this was where we needed to shoot. Sunset photo shoots in Oahu are magical!! I don’t know how else to explain it.
One thing about shooting with me is that I tend to get really excited about what I have captured in my camera as it’s happening.. at this moment I was totally excited.. the tide came in at just the right time, the sun setting giving off that gorgeous glow, the ship in the distant background AND beautiful, beautiful connection between Marc and Kelly.. I really could not have asked for more. Makes my heart burst.
