Our close friends Scott and Karen came to visit from the mainland this past week. It’s always nice for our family and friends to visit, it feels like a little piece of our California home is with us. We did the usual.. we love to show our visitors why we love Hawaii so much.
We’ve known Scott the longest. He and my husband go way back to high school together. Their friendship has remained through the years, never needing FaceBook to reacquaint… good old fashioned “keeping in touch” has always done them good.
His wife Karen is just plain old sweet. She is an acupuncturist in Oakland, CA, so please look her up and get your chakras aligned with her.
I had my camera on the ready and they were good sports to oblige me.

There’s the whole gang there… my husband in the pink and my crazy kids… me behind the camera. We had a wonderful time with you Scott and Karen! Always so much fun and tears and hugs when it’s time to go home… See you soon!
