It was a hot, sunny day when Sarah and Andrew tied the knot at Sarah’s family ranch. It was a celebration of labor and love with family and friends helping where they could. It’s amazing what a family would do when it comes to LOVE.

I had the pleasure of photographing Sarah and Andrew and their children a few months ago for their family engagement pictures and I was excited to see everyone on this day. The couple opted for a “first look’ before the ceremony and I love when my couples choose to do this.

It takes a lot of the pressure off the couple and they are able to go into the ceremony with ease. It’s great as a photographer because you get most of the photos out of the way, allowing the newlywed couple to mingle with their guests after the ceremony.. .. I think it’s great all around and if you are getting married, seriously think about this option. I love the look on Sarah’s face as Andrew see’s her for the first time.

They brought it a neighbor’s old fashioned car into the ranch and it made for terrific pictures.. a great place for Andrew to settle back a little and just look at his beautiful bride.

I love this photo of Andrew. I had him skim his lapel with his fingertips and told him to work his SWAGGER…. He was feelin’ it. Way to go Andrew!!

Not to be out done by Sarah and her glam… She’s so stunning, she reminded me of a 1940’s glamour girl.. classy and chic.. Marvelous Sarah!

A wonderful moment as Andrew slips the wedding ring onto Sarah’s finger…. Just lovely!
The theme of their wedding was “Asian Fusion”… parasol’s adorned the ranch and of course we had to take advantage of it…

Wow!! How I love…..

I loved going back on all the images I shot for this wedding…. the sights and laughter still ring in my ear. Andrew and Sarah, thank you, thank you for allowing me to photograph your big day a midst family and friends… absolutely enjoyed everything about it!
