Technically, I’m not at command central. I am undoubtedly very happy I landed in one piece, telling myself…”oh now, that wasn’t so bad was it?” and now surely excited to be attending The Workshop. But I’m sure I am equally anxious to get back to my kids and my husband, yet inevitably dreading the airplane ride back and experiencing sweating palms later tonight…. yes, not only am I an awful person to take on a plane, I am also a homebody. The trick is actually getting me out of my comfort space. Once you do that, I do have a lot of fun! So right now, I’m sure I’m having a LOT of fun!
So I’m going to spill it here… I’m very happy to give back and have this great giveaway because it’s put me in contact with those of you who have left a comment and get to know you a bit through your blogs. If you left a link back to you or an email address, I’ve emailed you personally to thank you. On the flip side, I hope you will visit me often after the giveaway is over. I’d be so sad to have a comment section where all I hear is crickets, but I understand that’s the way it is sometimes. As a photographer and a blogger, it’s terrific to have a supportive community. Blog comments are an awesome gage to let bloggers know that we’re on the right track, that what we are posting is useful to you the reader in some way. Whether the posts are informative, entertaining, thought provoking, visually stimulating, whatever it is that keeps you visiting, it’s just a good old fashioned pat on the back or even a nice virtual hug when you least expect it. Anyhow… I’m coming back home tonight and back to mamma duties, not to mention putting everything I learned from J* into action, but I promise by the end of the week, we’ll have a winner!

Also- I went to sign my blog comment yesterday with my usual sign off, “xo, J” but decided not to because I didn’t know if we were at xo level. I didn’t notice (somehow!) until just now that you sign your posts that way! Considering we both sign off the same way..I think we’re definitely at XO level.
