I first photographed this family 3 years ago and fully enjoyed them then.. they came back with their closest friends and I enjoyed them even more… and let me say that I LOVE their wardrobe selection! Martha owns a women’s dress boutique in Florida and the colors and patterns of her dresses are divine! They were vacationing in Waikiki and wanted a sunset session again, because they are just SO beautiful! They made the drive to the west side of the island and the sunset was perfect. I always suggest to my clients that bright colors are perfect for the Hawaiian background. The Hawaiian background is truly gorgeous as it is and you as the subjects need to stand out… even though their wardrobe is not “matchy”… it doesn’t matter because they all stand out from the background and they don’t get lost in it. .. and somehow, it WORKS!!
